A sustainability strategist with more than 16 years of experience across Corporate Governance, Finance, International Taxation, and emerging technologies such as AI, Sandhya now focuses her expertise on ESG, sustainable finance, and green fund advisory. She specialises in building robust ESG frameworks, identifying ESG-related risks and opportunities for corporates, and aligning business strategy with climate priorities, social responsibility, and sound governance practices. Driven by a deep commitment to societal and environmental wellbeing, Sandhya extends her work beyond corporate advisory into grassroots ESG and social activism through her NGO, Green Heritage Awareness Association. Her mission is to inspire change, foster environmental stewardship, and create broader awareness of climate and social challenges. With a diverse educational foundation and cross-sector exposure, Sandhya helps organisations embed sustainability into their core strategy — enabling them to become resilient, transparent, and future-ready. Her recent academic pursuits include specialised ESG and environmental justice programmes from the University of Pennsylvania, the University of Michigan, and the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. In addition, she holds qualifications from ICAI, ICSI, the University of Vienna (Austria), and CIOT (London, UK), reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and global perspectives.
